1.QtiPlot
Scientists often need to use data analysis and plotting software. The purpose of this project is to develop an open source platform independent alternative to proprietary scientific software like Origin, SigmaPlot, Regressi or Igor Pro. QtiPlot can be successfully used for teaching as well as for complex data analysis and visualisation and is being used in companies, high schools, universities and reseach institutes all over the world.
QtiPlot is a computer program to analyze and visualize scientific data. The primary developer of the software package is Ion Vasilief, a freelance developer.
It is similar to Origin or SigmaPlot[1], and is being used to substitute these in universities [2]. QtiPlot can be used to present 2D and 3D data and has various data analysis functions like curve fitting. Plotting of 3D data can be rendered using OpenGL using the Qwt3D libraries.
Released under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL), QtiPlot is free software. Compiled binaries are available for Microsoft Windows, several Linux distributions and Mac OS X. Downloading binaries from the author's website requires purchase of an annual maintenance contract, however anyone is allowed to compile and distribute binaries under the GPL.

Το pricing που αναφέρει είναι για ενημερωμένες εκδόσεις. Η εφαρμογή είναι κάτω από GPL.
2. Labplot
LabPlot is an open source data analysis and visualisation program, written for KDE. It is similar to Origin and is able to import Origin's data files.
Licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License.

3. SciDAVis is a free interactive application aimed at data analysis and
publication-quality plotting. It combines a shallow learning curve and
an intuitive, easy-to-use graphical user interface with powerful
features such as scriptability and extensibility. SciDAVis runs on
GNU/Linux, Windows and MacOS X; possibly also on other platforms like
*BSD, although this is untested.
SciDAVis is similar in its field of application to proprietary Windows
applications like Origin and
SigmaPlot as well as free applications
like QtiPlot, Labplot and
Gnuplot.
